Alberto was born in Italy and trained at the Hotel and Restaurant school in Milano. He worked throughout Italy for many years before arriving in the U.S. and starting a successful group of Italian restaurants.
After purchasing Casali in 1995, Alberto personally oversaw the renovation of the property from clearing fields and planting grapes to creating large, luxury bathrooms and personally designing the kitchen.
