Treat yourself to an incredible selection of wines from three exceptional boutique producers, Domaine de la Riviere, Carneros della Notte, and Vokel Cellars, including top-rated Chardonnay, Viognier, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and more from each winery, paired and served with each course, showcasing the mouthwatering Italian-American and global cuisine of beloved local Chef Joe DiMaggio, Jr. (a cousin of the baseball great), known for his excellent food and flamboyant "New York Italian" personality. 

Welcome Hour | Passed hors d'oeuvres and Chef Joe's Famous Pizzas Vintners will be set up at a table to pour selections of their award-winning wines and chat with guests before joining diners at a long "family-style" table.

First Course

Chef Joe's famous "French Toast" Brioche Blini with Ossetra Caviar and Creme Fraiche

Second Course

Choice of: 

"Bosso" House Salad with Sun-dried Cranberries, Gorgonzola, Candied Pecans, Field Greens, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Raspberry Vinaigrette 


Caesar Salad with House Croutons and Shaved Reggiano

Third Course

Choice of:

Spaghetti with Pesto, House Basil Pesto, Pine Nuts, Touch of Cream


Lobster Ravioli with Saffron Cream Sauce

Fourth Course

Choice of: 

Filet of Sole Francese, Fresh mild fish from the Atlantic, light egg batter with Lemon Chardonnay Butter


Veal Marsala with Potatoes and Seasonal Fresh Vegetables 


The "Ultimate" 10-Layer Eggplant Parmigiana, layered with Béchamel, Parmigiano, and Marinara Sauce, topped with Fresh Mozzarella (vegetarian)

Fifth Course

Choice of:

Chef Joe's Famous Amaretto Tiramisu 


Vanilla Gelato with Fabbri Amarena Cherries
